Implant & Prosthesis Modeling
Implant modeling tolerates no tolerance. Thread pitch, taper angle, surface texture — all must match reality exactly.

Precision Below the Millimeter
Implant modeling is medical 3D's most technical sub-discipline. A dental implant's thread pitch, a hip stem's taper angle, a stent's cell geometry — these are engineering data, not artistic choices, and they must survive modeling intact. An approximated implant betrays itself in the first close-up, and to a surgeon audience it betrays your credibility with it.
Our priority is therefore the data source. With CAD (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks) we preserve geometry exactly; without it, we model from technical drawings, dimension tables and multi-angle photography. Materials follow: titanium surface treatments, zirconia's optical behavior, polyethylene's matte finish and cobalt-chrome's specular response — all as physically based materials that render true.
One Model, Years of Output
A correctly built implant model is a long-lived digital asset. From one master: marketing animations, surgical technique films, catalog renders, packaging visuals, fair content, e-commerce listings and regulatory figures. Model the full product family and unit cost falls with every addition — the library-effect that lets manufacturers from Türkiye to Central Europe match the visual firepower of their largest Western competitors in export markets.
How Do We Produce?
Our entire pipeline runs on Blender 3D with an AI-assisted workflow. Blender is the open-source industry standard that covers modeling, sculpting, materials, simulation and rendering under one roof — and because it carries no license fees, that saving goes directly into your budget. We use AI for reference research, script drafting, texture generation, render denoising and multilingual voice-over. The result: shorter production times and far more flexible revisions than a classic studio pipeline. One line never moves, though — AI accelerates, humans decide. Anatomical accuracy and clinical flow are always verified by our team and, where needed, by the treating physician.
