Pricing and quotes

How much does a medical animation cost?
There is no single list price, because two videos of the same length can carry very different production loads. Six variables set the cost: duration, custom modeling needs, scene complexity, number of languages, number of formats and delivery time. Fill in the duration, language and format fields of the request form and you receive a concrete, project-specific figure the same day. See the pricing-variables article for detail.
Are quotes and the first call free?
Yes. The request form, the quote and the 30–45 minute discovery call are free and non-binding. The format and strategy advice we give on the call does not oblige you to work with us.
Do I have to state a budget?
No, the budget field is optional. If you give a range we propose a scope that fits it; if you don't, we price against your scope. Stating a budget does not raise the price.
How does payment work?
Most projects are paid in two parts: half when work begins and half at delivery, by international bank transfer, with corporate invoicing for clients in the GCC and Europe; currency and terms are fixed at quote stage. Scope, deliverables, timeline and revision rights are written into the contract.
Can the price change after the quote?
No. As long as the scope stays the same, the quoted price is fixed. If you add a scene, a language or a format during production, we state the extra cost in writing first and apply nothing without your approval.
Is the budget workable for a small clinic?
Yes; there are scalable packages for single-video starter projects. Because we produce in Blender we carry no software licence cost, and we pass that advantage on, especially to small and mid-sized clinics.

Process and timeline

How long does a medical animation take?
For a standard 60–90 second treatment animation the typical schedule is 2–4 weeks from script approval. The exact timeline is fixed at quote stage and depends on scope, modeling needs and how quickly approvals arrive.
What are the stages of production?
Six stages: discovery and brief, script and storyboard, 3D modeling, animation draft (previz), sound and edit, render and delivery. Output is shared at every stage and nothing advances without your sign-off. See Our Process for the full detail.
We have an urgent deadline. Can you speed things up?
Yes. For fixed-date work such as congresses and launches we move production onto an accelerated calendar: revision rounds are compressed and feedback windows shortened. Availability is confirmed at quote stage, and accelerated plans are priced differently.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes two full revision rounds: one at storyboard, one at animation draft. Small corrections within 14 days after delivery (typos, logo updates, short timing tweaks) are free; revisions that change content are priced by scope.
What do you need from me?
One decision-maker, any points where your protocol departs from standard literature, brand guidelines if you have them (logo, palette, typeface), CAD files or technical drawings for device projects, and timely feedback. Every day an approval waits moves delivery by exactly that day.

Rights and confidentiality

Who owns the copyright to the animation?
When you complete payment, the usage rights to the models and animations pass to you indefinitely. The same work is not resold to other clients.
Can I get the source files?
Yes. A source-file archive is prepared at delivery, and on request we also hand over the Blender project files and model assets, which spares you dependency if you later work with another team.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. For device, patent and pre-publication projects the NDA is signed before work begins, even before the discovery call, and files are stored in an encrypted environment. You may use your own contract template or request ours.

Scientific accuracy and production method

How is scientific accuracy ensured?
Scripts are grounded in literature and clinical flow, and anatomical accuracy, procedure order and clinical flow always pass human review and, when needed, physician approval. Physician oversight closes at the animation-draft (previz) stage. Scientific accuracy is non-negotiable: anatomy is never traded for visual impact.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
Yes, as an accelerator: scientific reference scanning, script drafts, texture and material generation, render denoising and multilingual voice-over. No medical claim produced by AI enters a project unverified; humans make the accuracy call. See our article on AI in medical visualization for more.
Why do you use Blender 3D?
Blender is an open-source, industry-standard platform that covers modeling, sculpting, materials, simulation, animation and rendering under one roof. With no licence cost, the saving goes straight into your project. More: our Blender article.
What formats and resolutions do you deliver?
Renders are 4K/8K and exported for web, social media (including vertical formats), clinic waiting-room screens and presentations. The formats are derived from the same project.
Do you produce multilingual versions?
Yes. Turkish, English, Arabic, German and Russian localization is supported. The visuals are produced once; adding a language means only voice-over and subtitles. Multilingual versions are prepared at the sound and edit stage.

Scope and regions

What kinds of animation and modeling do you produce?
Nine core services: 3D treatment procedure, dental, surgical procedure, orthopedics and spine, aesthetic surgery and eye treatment animations; patient education videos; medical device animations; and 3D medical modeling and rendering. See All Services for the full list.
Who do you work with?
Dental clinics, aesthetic and hair-transplant centers, eye hospitals, surgical specialists and hospitals; medical device makers, implant and prosthesis companies, pharma and biotech firms, universities and medical-tourism agencies.
Do you work with institutions outside Türkiye?
Yes. We work with healthcare organizations in Dubai and the Gulf, and with clinics and medical companies across Europe, notably Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Because the process runs entirely digitally, distance does not affect quality or speed. Discovery calls are held in English.
Can we meet in person?
Our base is İzmit, Kocaeli. For projects around Kocaeli, Istanbul, Sakarya, Bursa and Yalova we can hold in-person scoping meetings; elsewhere, meetings run online.
Animation or surgical footage: which is right?
They do different jobs: footage shows reality, while animation reaches layers a camera cannot, simplifies the story and stays repeatable and clear. See our animation-vs-footage article for a decision guide.
Does your content replace medical advice?
No. The site content describes medical communication and visualization services; it is not personal diagnosis or treatment advice. Patient-specific medical decisions belong with the treating physician.
How can I reach you?
Send a project request through the request form, call or message +90 540 548 26 97 on weekdays 09:00–18:00 (WhatsApp included), or email model@arti3d.com.tr. We reply the same day. Other channels: the Contact page.
