From Idea to Delivery: Our Process
We built the process as a trackable production line, not an invisible burden. Approval gates at every stage; surprises at none.
- 6 stages
- Physician review
- Fixed timeline
- Transparent budget
Why Does Process Matter This Much?
Most animation-project disappointments are born from process opacity, not technical failure. The client waits without knowing what they'll see; the studio advances on assumptions; both collide at the final stage, where major revisions wreck schedule and budget alike. We eliminate that risk by moving the approval gates to the front: you know in advance what you will see at each stage, and nothing advances without your sign-off.
The Production Line
Typical schedule for a standard 60–90 second treatment animation: 2–4 weeks from script approval.
Discovery & Brief
Your audience, the procedure, the channel and your deadline — clarified in a free 30–45 minute call, in English, at a time that fits your time zone.
Script & Storyboard
A literature-grounded script and scene-by-scene storyboard. Your first approval gate — you see the flow before anything is produced.
3D Modeling
Anatomy, implants and devices modeled in Blender; materials and lighting built. Sample frames come to you for approval.
Animation Draft
Camera flow and motion assembled into a low-res preview. Physician review completes here.
Sound & Edit
Professional voice-over, music, effects and on-screen text. Multilingual versions are produced at this stage.
Render & Delivery
4K/8K render, exported for web, social, screens and presentations. Your source-file archive is included.
Revision Policy
Every project includes two full revision rounds — one at storyboard, one at animation draft. Used well, these two gates make later revisions rare, because the cost of change collapses the earlier it happens: reshaping a storyboard scene takes minutes; the same change after rendering takes days. We therefore ask for your most detailed feedback early — it is the single best lever on your own timeline.
What We Need from You
- One decision-maker. Feedback through a single channel measurably accelerates delivery.
- Your protocol specifics. Where you diverge from standard literature, tell us at the start.
- Brand guidelines, if any. Logo, palette and typeface files in the first stage.
- Technical data for device projects. CAD files or detailed drawings raise both speed and accuracy.
- Timely feedback. Every day an approval waits moves delivery by exactly that day.
Payment and Contract
Projects typically run on two installments: 50% at start, 50% at delivery, with international bank transfer and corporate invoicing for clients in the GCC and Europe; currency and terms are fixed at quote stage. The contract states scope, deliverables, timeline and revision rights explicitly, and NDAs are signed before work begins where confidentiality applies. Within agreed scope, the quoted price never moves; any added scene, language or format is priced in writing and applied only with your approval.
