1. Data Controller
This notice is issued under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698). The data controller is 3D Medikal — Medical 3D Modeling & Animation, based at İzmit, Kocaeli / Türkiye. For any privacy matter, write to model@arti3d.com.tr.
2. What Data Do We Collect?
Only what you voluntarily submit through our forms: name, organization, phone, e-mail, region and your project description. Technically necessary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may exist but are not used for individual profiling.
3. Why Do We Process It?
- To prepare and deliver the quote you requested
- To answer your questions and communicate
- To run the project if a contract follows
- To meet legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, contracts)
We do not auto-enroll you in marketing lists and send no promotional e-mail without explicit consent.
4. Legal Basis and Sharing
For quote requests, the legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); otherwise, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time. Form data transits our form provider (Web3Forms) to reach our inbox. Beyond that, your data is not shared, sold or rented to any third party except where law requires.
5. Retention
Quote requests that do not become contracts are deleted within 12 months. Contracted projects follow statutory commercial retention periods.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to model@arti3d.com.tr; we respond within 30 days. EU residents may additionally lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic in aggregate; it does not directly identify you. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC — see Google's privacy policy for details. You can opt out at any time via your browser's cookie controls or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Beyond that, only technical preferences necessary for operation are stored.
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Client project files — CAD data, pre-publication research, device designs — are stored encrypted, restricted to assigned team members, covered by NDAs where signed, and deleted at project end on request.
